HR Expert Mainly Job Responsibility:

1. Implement the recruitment activities based on staffing plan

2. Work closely with team leaders to clarify the position requirements, provide professional advice and search suitable candidates to ensure the positions closed timely.

3. Responsible for employee onboard, including personal profile collection and document checking

4. Maintain the recruiting channels and develop new channels if needed.

5. Accurately and timely maintain employee data in HR system

6. Visa Management

7. Company culture building up

8. Administration management including business trip support such as flight ticket, hotels; business card, express, pantry food maintenance, stationary, office cleaning, meeting management, etc.

9. Guide IT management for IT engineering work

10. Other related work assigned by Supervisor

Necessary Knowledge and experience to be able to do the job:

1. Bachelor degree, have relevant working experience 3-4 years in European or American company is preferred

2. Good experience in recruiting is preferred

3. Good oral & written English

4. Pro-active, good communication skills with team work spirit

5. Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure or take new challenge

6. Good HR knowledge of Personnel Administration

7. Basic knowledge of Payroll processing
