任职资格：

1. 本科学历，机械、电子、计算机等相关专业；

2. 三年以上研发测试经验，机器人、汽车零部件测试背景优先；

3. 熟悉相关的环境试验方法及测试原理，如温湿度、振动、外壳防护、盐雾测试等；

4. 熟悉相关的测试及测量设备的使用方法，如环境试验箱、电动振动台、万用表、示波器、可编程电源等；

5. 具备良好的bug分析问题、解决能力和动手能力；

6. 熟悉相关的测试标准及测试方法，如IEC 60068-2系列、ISO 16750系列等；

7. 熟悉可靠性相关的知识，如威布尔分布、失效模型、测试加速模型等。

希望有：

1． 熟悉Python/Java/Shell语言和脚本，能利用脚本实现测试工具和测试自动化者优先；

2． 熟悉Solidworks、Pro/E、CATIA等三维绘图软件，有治具/夹具或非标设备设计经验者优先；

3． 熟悉CAN控制系统和测试方法，熟悉P-CAN等测试工具者优先；

4． 熟悉产品3C/CE/FCC等认证，有产品认证经验或背景者优先；

5． 有EMC实验室工作经历者优先。
