1、完成专案活动企划阶段各项资料收集整理，并完成部分企划方案撰写

Research and collect related information to complete project planning stages and proposals write-ups;

2、制定专案活动的执行工作进度时程并进行有效的时间管理

Create project/events master plan and tracking of progress schedule underfor effective time management

3、 参与专案活动的企划创意发想

Assisting in strategic projects and creativity management brainstorming

4、准确判断并提出专案筹备执行工作需求

Able to execute and push forward projects as according to requirements;

5、独立负责分配的专案现场执行区域并保证分配区域执行完美完成

Able to allocate on-site work ofamong team members and responsible for all site areas’ execution and operation management in all onsite areas

6、被分配的专案分项的成本掌控

Handleing different project ’s cost control as assigned

7、 专案活动结案资料汇整、归档以及报告撰写

Summary of project activity settlement, filing and report writing

8、协助进行客户沟通协调，处理客户提出的各项业务需求

Assist in customer communication and coordination tasks and response to , handle customers’ requirements;

9、协助专案经理鼓励、发展团队成员，帮助团队中的专案执行达成绩效目标

Assist ing Project Manager in leadership, encouragement, development and assessing program, help team members to achieve performance goalsKPI targets

10、完成上级主管交待的其他工作

Complete other work as assigned by linetop manager

任职要求：

1、较好的文字功底，方案撰写能力，熟练运用OFFICE办公软件

Good writing skills and plan write-up, proficiency in Microsoft Office

2、 熟悉项目执行流程，有上市会，发布会，路演经验

Familiar with project execution process, experienced in market meeting, conference, roadshow

3、 熟练掌握英语听说读写能力，能与客户进行基本口语交流

Sufficient Proficiency in English language skill, capable of communicating with clients in bilingual languages;

4、个性开朗乐观、具备良好沟通技巧，责任心强，结果导向

Cheerful and optimistic personality, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and results-oriented;With outgoing, optimistic and cheerful personality who’s a team player with strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal skill and self-motivated

5、工作积极主动，注重团队合作，积极促进团结，主动关心并激励他人

Team spirit with positive working attitude, multi-tasking mind-set with passion for creative and event industry;

6、具备良好的心理素质及抗压能力

Able to work under pressure with positive psychological quality work ethic
