1、专案活动企划整体掌控，组织领导企划创意发想，准确了解客户需求，提高客户满意度
Overlooking on all aspects of project activity planning, leadership planning and strategic creative mapping accurately understand customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
2、独立撰写企划方案并进行成功的提案
Write project plan independently and proposal successfully
3、独立带领团队负责整体专案活动运作
Independently lead the team and responsible for project operation
4、专案活动现场执行的统筹管理与协调
Supervise on-site events operation, handle general management and coordination tasks as requested
5、专案活动成本控管与报价，项目费用管理
Project cost control and quotation management
6、专案活动中各部门间合作的协调与沟通
Coordination and communication of cooperation among various departments in projects
7、按时呈送结案、发票，迅速处理收款工作
Handle closure presentation/reports, ensure invoices and payments progressing in a timely base
8、维持客户关系，建立客户沟通协调渠道
Maintain customer relationship and establish customer communication channels
9、建立专业的服务团队并对团队人员进行有效的工作分配与管理
Establish a professional service team and develop effective work management
10、专案团队的行政管理，协助客户部专案总监鼓励、发展以及评价团队成员，帮助团队达成绩效目标
Managing inner team's administration , support Project Director to encourage, develop and evaluate team members and give assistance on project execution to achieve KPI
11、完成上级主管交待的其他工作
Complete other work assigned by line manager

任职要求：

1、优秀的方案撰写能力，策划能力，提案能力
Good writing skill, strategic planning and proposal write-up ability
2、对大型现场活动有整体掌控力，对现场的紧急事件应变能力强
Experienced in large-scale events and able to strong emergency response on-site under pressure
3、英文听说读写熟练，可独立面对国际客户，用双语进行沟通和提案
Proficiency in English language skill, capable of communicating and pitching in bilingual languages
4、 有直销类，快消品，医药，保险类客户资源

Experienced in client resource of direct distribution, FMCG, medicine, insurance
5、具备经销商大会，大型活动全案的项目经验

Experienced in dealer conferences and projects of large-scale event
6、具有团队合作精神和很强的协作能力，判断能力、整合能力及决策能力，责任感强，富有创造激情 Team spirit with strong working/judgment/decision-making ability, multi-tasking mind-set with strong sense of responsibility and passionate for creative and event industry
