岗位职责

1、有较强的项目管理和施工图设计能力及对方案调整、深化的能力，熟悉各类公建消防、住宅类设计。有较强的项目协调能力及团队合作精神，能够把握整个项目有序开展的能力；

2、能协调图纸设计中各专业（建筑、结构、水、电、暖）技术配合；

3、负责对总图、施工图、综合外管网图纸的审核及重大技术问题的处理；

4、负责施工过程中与甲方的协调工作和重大技术问题的处理；

5、根据公司发展战略，结合建筑设计特点，进行日常监督、指导等工作，对项目从方案到施工图全过程控制；

6、负责带领整个建筑团队，对项目质量技术进行指导，把关并负责图纸校审。

任职资格

1、建筑学相关专业本科或以上学历；

2、五年以上甲级设计院工作经验；

3、具备工程师职称，熟悉autocad、photoshop、skecthup等软件；

4、熟悉大型住宅项目建筑流程，掌握从前期到施工竣工等各个阶段的相关技术问题；

5、熟悉结构、设备等相关专业规范及技术要求，对工作流程各阶段的相关配合有很好把控；

6、良好的沟通能力、协调管理能力，高度责任心和敬业精神。
