岗位职责

1、组织完成建筑设计方案和施工图设计，提高方案的合理性；

2、审查建筑专业的设计图纸，并提出解决技术问题的方案；

3、组织完成建筑材料的调研工作；

4、落实并解决工程建设过程中的技术问题和相关设计图纸的完善，及时支持和配合工程部现场施工管理的要求；

5、完成领导交付的其它工作任务。

任职资格

1、本科以上学历，建筑学相关专业；

2、有5年以上建筑设计相关工作经验，熟悉建筑的设计管理工作；

3、有在大型设计院或地产公司工作经验者优先；

4、熟练使用各类设计软件；

5、较强的沟通协调能力，善于整合资源；

6、富有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
