岗位职责:

? Help create and carry out marketing strategies that drive loyal patient volumes by working closely with the marketing director and teammates.

? Work closely with medical staff to understand target audiences and offerings that drive awareness for departments including ortho, surgery, dental, dermatology and others.

? Draft and implement marketing plans and campaigns that support business goals.

? Be actively involved in all elements of the marketing team’s efforts.

? Develop advertising and promotional opportunities and partnerships within the community.

? Generate innovative brand marketing ideas with specialist agencies above & below the line.

? Measure effectiveness, plan financial budgeting, and create statistical reports

? Other work as assigned

 

任职资格:

? Measurable success in finding and converting interested parties to committed clients

? Ability to conduct market research, draw implications from research results to design service offerings

? Strong project management skills, and cross function cooperation
