岗位职责:

Directly develop and manage corporate accounts.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, structures, budgets and specific goals.
Provide functional leadership through training, support and guidance to all team members in the corporate solutions team to ensure all revenue targets are met.
Develop and implement a B2B suite of services by strategically positioning and packaging the existing medical services available within the UFH network of facilities.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments within the UFH network.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts using the CRM system
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to drive lead generation and new produc development.

任职资格:

1. At least 3-5 years experience in B2B direct sales channels of which at least 2 years in managing a high performance sales team in the People’s Republic of China.
2. Knowledge of CRM software coupled with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
3. Strong communication and team management skills
4. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
5. Availability to travel as needed
6. BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
7. Native Mandarin Speaker and Fluent in English.
