岗位职责:

? Assist the Manager of Quality &Safety in support of the following duties:

o Formatting policies, procedures and forms

o Managing hospital wide documents including policy and forms and other relevant. 

o Assisting in staff education on hospital policy and quality improvement programs

o document translation

o internal audit

? Implementation of the quality and safety improvement plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports

? Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions

? Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Quality & Safety

 

任职资格:

? Fluent English in both speaking and writing

? Native Chinese speaker  

? Excellent computer ability, particularly the ability to manipulate documents and data in Microsoft Word, Excel, and to create PowerPoint presentations

? Serious and open mind toward work

? Logical and step by step solving approach to problem 

? Ability to exercise initiative, and continuous learning.
