Duties

-Support daily IT hardware maintenance, software installation and troubleshooting.

-Provide end user PC and IT equipment support services

-Respond and handle end user question and service request in time

-Identify the problem and assign to appropriate support team/resource

-Office cabling and basic network maintenance

-IT equipment inventory management

-IT skills and documentation management

Requirements:

-Familiar with Microsoft Windows operation system

-High self-learning and troubleshooting capability

-Good English oral/writing and communication skill

-Computer-related majors are preferred

-1 year or above helpdesk experience is preferred

-Understanding ITIL concept is preferred
