Position: Security Manager

Line of Business: Business Technology

Location: Shanghai

Reports to (Title): Senior Manager, Program Management Office

Overview

Lead the development of a comprehensive Security and Compliance Program for the Shanghai Disney Resort. Work will include: development of vulnerability management processes, malware defenses, network and telecommunication (including mobile device security) security, and log management and monitoring processes. Work with team members to ensure projects and existing systems have the appropriate level of security, privacy, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate periodic assessment of systems and coordinate security exception process (when needed).
• Conduct information security reviews of vendors and other dependent service providers.
• Coordinate the activities of Computer Security Incident Response and Log Monitoring.
• Work with others to define, develop, and track the implementation of information security initiatives.
• Manage the information security awareness and education program.
• Work with the Parks & Resorts Compliance Team to support compliance requirements and investigations.
• The candidate should be familiar with security concepts, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related field with an accompanying security accreditation (i.e., CISSP, CISA, or CISM) plus at least seven years of related IT experience.
• Experience with security assessment methods and penetration testing techniques.
• Experience with leading data classification and governance decisions.
• Experience with vulnerability management, Network and Host-Based Intrusion Detection, antivirus, and anti-spyware solutions and monitoring processes.
• Experience with performing Assessments of guest and corporate wireless networks to identify approved and rogue wireless networks and ensure wireless networks are configured security.
• Experience with Security Incident Response Coordination.
• Knowledge of security related legislation/regulations with emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, and privacy.
• GCIH, GPEN, and GAWN certifications would be advantageous.
• Ability to demonstrate aptitude, interest, and passion in keeping up with information security technical trends, research, and current development
• Aptitude and desire to expand skill set and comfort zone to other areas of information security.
