Title: Associate Project Manager
Department: Design & Production
Status: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Show Design & Production
GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The APM is responsible for coordinating the quality, schedule and scope of Company projects by ensuring streamlined communication, product movement and process flow from concept design through implementation and closeout. This position provides integration and project leadership to the disciplines that comprise the project team. The role must consistently maintain a bottom-up, broad perspective across all disciplines in order to ensure that all aspects of the work are covered and no efforts are duplicated.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Primary: Project Manager, Show Producer, and Director of Show Design & Production
Secondary: Show Design & Production Manager, ED&E Design Manager, and Principal Ride Engineer
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· 7+ Years related experience
· Experience from Blue Sky phase through Installation
· Excellent presentation capabilities needed to provide project updates to all levels of management
· Proven ability to oversee and integrate the work of diverse personnel at all levels into the overall
project
· Ability to foresee problems/issues and proactively provide solution options

· Scheduling and estimating experience
