Job Description:

- Responsible for new project team formation, lead project member doing related tasks to accomplish final goal based on project timing, cost, quality and customer requirement.

- Responsible for new project timing creation, tracking and make sure milestones of design release, procurement, assembly and commissioning on track

- Work together with design team and purchase for selection of critical vender

- Follow project procurement with tracking list to ensure ordered parts arrive on time

- Responsible for project budget and control to assure project cost goal to be reached.

- Manage project scope and create quotation for changes from customer.

- Responsible for holding project meeting regularly, new project open issues tracking, feedback and close.

- Responsible as window to customer.

- Assist to create and execute project relative process documents, technical specifications and standard documents.

- Assist or responsible for company quality improvement, technical improvement and cost saving.

- Assist to improvements of project management with HQ PMO.

- Coordinate with HQ PM for projects implementation locally

- Achieve other assignments from supervisor.

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering

- 3 years project management working experience in automation industry

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Good communication/negotiation skill
