Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Material Cost Management Function:

1. Calculate target cost for material to purchasing;

2. Analyze suppliers quotation/Cost-Break-Down;

3. Participate into project material sourcing;

4. Visit suppliers and analyze /optimize supplier cost;

5. Optimize HSE cost estimation tool based on HKG existing cost model;

6. Support yearly material cost planning;

7. Material make or buy study;

8. Compare material cost with other locations and improve material cost competition within group;

9. Lean workshop

• Calculation for Management Decision Function:

1. Calculate/confirm each project profitability for HSE all products and HED new products;

2. Support each order project target setting and regularly tracking target achievement base on GMT timing;

3. Communicate to HKG cost specialist to confirm project profitability calculation;

4. Calculate/confirm product engineer changes cost and support project management for cost issue;

5. Support TtM & OtD for cost topics (Design to Cost for product; plant investment strategy & sourcing );

6. Support to analyze the difference between quotation base and actual cost (Gate review & SIPKO);

7. Support Benchmark study to improve manufacture cost competition within group (Quotation benchmark and running line benchmark);

8. Support Project launch review

• Quotation Support & Sale Price Management Function:

1. Support HKG cost expert to make quotation cost-breakdown-down;

2. Make CBD database

3. Support sales for customer claim and support to make the story line cost walk;

4. Calculate OES/ LTS quotation;

5. Simulate annual price reduction/product price strategy;

6. Manage product sale price check SOP/ ECN sales price application;

7. Project follow up/workshops with customers;

8. Create database for further quotation;

9. Support yearly sales planning;

• Others:

1. Support global projects quotation and attend regular global/local project quotation meetings;

2. Support to further develop a more effective and reliable quotation tool and create the necessary transparency for project team;

3. Team setup and coordinate team member workload to improve /maintain team competence;

4. Provide necessary training for teams;

5. Supervise team to work efficiently;

1. Check GE-Fit calculation;

Requirement岗位要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Manufacturing) or finance

   具有工程学士（机械，电气或制造相关学位）或是财务学士学位。

2. At least 1 years’ experience in auto industry and quotation experience are preferred.

   具有1年以上汽车行业,报价经验优先。

3. Good communication in English - both written and oral.

   具有良好的英语沟通能力 （书写和口语）。

4. Familiar with the product cost structure.

   熟悉产品成本架构。

5. High level of numeracy and data analysis skill in MS office tool.

   高水平算数和办公软件数据分析能力。

6. Good communication ability, fast learning capability, strong co-operate spirit.

   良好的沟通和快速学习能力，具有团队合作精神。

7. Can work under pressure.
