HR Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for monthly/annual payroll calculation, report and distribution, daily operation & maintenance of HR information

2. Be in charge of employee social insurance & housing provident fund, such as calculation, reviewing & validating;

3. Be responsible for updating & maintaining of payroll data to support relevant data analysis;

4. Be responsible for employee attendance management, including leave record, leave application process & OT etc;

5. Managing the end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including but not limited to on/off board, probation management, internal transfer, promotion & demotion follow up, labor contract signing and renewal;

6. Employee P-file management, responsible for issuing relevant certificates such as employment, income or other types per request;

7. Prepare for period reports(monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual report);

8. Non-local & Expat employee Service (Responsible for the application of residence points, Shanghai Hukou, Expat work permit & residence permit);

9. Handling routine employee queries with respect to C&B, HR policies etc.

10. Other things assigned by manager.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder;

2. At least 2 years’ dedication in HR generalist position, familiar with C&B related laws & regulations;

3. Logical thinking, numerical & analytical sense, proficiency in MS Office & Statistical Tools, strong in MS Excel (practical skills, such as Formula, Pivot Table, etc);

4. Strong sense of business ethics, patient & detail-oriented;

5. Good verbal & oral communication skills in both English & Chinese
