? Work with Freight Forwarder 3PLs to manage the international inbound transportation from factories to Shanghai port

? Work with Customs Broker 3PLs to manage the destination customs clearance including preparing documents and applying certificates where needed

? Coordinate and follow-up on vendor compensation due to shortage caused by broken carton or double taping

? Manage the day to day Warehouse and Transportation operations through 3PLs according to business needs, including planning the delivery schedule for replenishment, new store opening, store re-location/renovation/closure, store return and store-to-store transfer etc.

? Consumable purchase management

? Administrative support including documents’ filling, records’ keeping and team coordination

The responsibilities are not limited to the above; the job holder will also follow other work assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.

The accomplished individual will possess...

? Bachelor’s degree or above

? 2 years’ working experience in the Logistics function (Retail or FMCG industries are preferred)

? Be able to perform multiple tasks under time constraints and pressure

? Proficiency with Excel, Word

? Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

? Strong communication skills externally and internally

? Stable and detail-oriented personality
