1、前台的电话接听、人员接待、信息登记管理；

2、办公环境的管理与维护；

3、公司的安全管理；

4、工位、钥匙、办公用品的预定、发放、登记与管理；

5、固定资产的统计及办公设施的管理；

6、行政各项制度与流程的有效执行和建议反馈；

7、其他突发事件处理、临时性工作，及上级交办的工作。

任职资格：

1、中专及以上学历，行政管理、文秘、商务英语及相关专业；

2、一年以上同岗位的工作经验、熟悉使用现代化办公软件；

3、踏实，细心、办事沉稳细致，责任心强 、具有较强的亲和力；

4、具备团队合作精神,较强的语言表达、沟通协调能力。
