• Carry out the daily job according to Environment, Occupational Health and Safety laws; Ensure the behaviours in company are compliance to laws.

• Maintain the rules & regulations for safety, health and environment. Leading routine safety check with action plans along with cross function team. Provide trainings to employees.

• Deal with safety incidents and be in charge of implementing preventive action to avoid similar issue reoccurring.

• Organize and implement surveillance on all departments to reduce the effects on environment by making plans & actions.Take lead to make improvement on environment protection projects to be sure they meet national laws and make company benefited.

• Provide proper PPE to employee. Organize and implement occupational health examination for all employee

• Manage safety equipments, protective devices, and chemicals. Keep eyes on preventive action for all HSE related elements.

• Promote safety awareness culture in KA wuxi.

• Organize EHS activities to encourage people to join proactive learning and protection.

- University degree

- Be familiar with ISO14001 & OHSAS18001

- Qualification for HSE related position

- Problems solving skills with full experience

• Minimum 3 year of experience in EHS related position in the manufacturing plant.

• Experienced for safety standardization

• Ever touched with EPA and fire agent of government.

• Certificate of safety engineer is preferred

Ability to communicate in English both oral & written

Logical thinking and skilful communication

Strict & fast execution for established goals is essential
