1.Work out Amazon sales strategy and set sales target according to company's product.

2.Lead the sales team to well operate and maintain good sales performance of Amazon account.

3.Well analyze sales performance, make and adjust sales and operation strategy, control risk transactions.

4.Work out a reasonable plan to upload new products together with make effective sales promotion strategy to improve team sales performance.

5.Supervise account operation and sales performance, ensure account safety and improve account rating.

6.Guide, supervise, train team members, improve working quality, service attitude and efficiency.

Requirement

1.Bachelor Degree or above, Hong Kong citizen or foreigner in Shenzhen are welcome.

2.Well know Amazon platform and its policies. Have rich experience on maintain and manage account operation and sales performance.

3.Open personality, flexible thinking, excellent logic, good sense of responsibility, great passion for work, good ability to work under pressure and good teamwork.
