职位描述
【岗位职责】：
1．系统排队接听客户咨询热线，耐心、详细解答在线、电话咨询的客户；
2．回复线上用户咨询，给出相应解答问题处理（提供庞大知识库标准话术参考）；
3．完成日常外呼的通知类工作，例如课程安排调整、收费标准调整、辅导老师信息变动、考试时间更改等；
4．日常工作范围内的其他工作安排；
【任职要求】：
1、普通话标准，声音具有亲和力，男女不限。
2、学习及应变能力强，具有较强抗压能力。
3、了解、认同学而思企业文化，对教育行业有一定的了解。
4、工作积极、诚实肯干，团队意识强。树立良好的心态，能以积极热情的态度坚定的信心投入工作，有良好的敬业精神。
