职位描述
Responsibility:
? Canvassing and negotiating IT & engineering projects with medium-sized and large customers
? Provide professional technical solutions and sales to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales in IT & Engineering fields
? Identify new business opportunities and generate pipeline revenue
? Develop and build good relationship with key accounts for high-end market, build sales network for foreign MNC
? Acquire and manage a client portfolio in Transportation, Automotive, Chemistry, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, IT industry
? Coordination of key accounts and interface with customer purchases
? Advise companies in technologies, innovation management and engineering services
? Supervise and develop a team of consultants and manage career evolution and skills, mostly engineers.
? Recruitment: sourcing, selecting candidates and negotiating salaries
? Gather sales and marketing data and submit monthly reports (Won/Lost orders, Forecasts, Cold Call Activity, Leads Follow-up) on a timely basis
Requirements:
- Master degree, major in International Business Administration or equivalent required
- Excellent oral and written in English, French is a plus
- 1-2 years experience in Business Development position
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation is also required
- Self motivated and result focused, positive, customer oriented and autonomous.
- Effective time utilization, flexibility and creativity, accurate sales forecasting abilities.
- High level of integrity/credibility, willingness to travel.
- Experience within a French company preferred
