工作职责：

1、按照集团公司要求，负责责任区域内不安全状况的改进；
2、通过协调各种资源确保责任区域设备的正常运转,降低故障率；
3、完善设备维护管理体系，特别是预防管理体系；
4、带领责任区域内维修团队人员，降低因设备产生的废品几返工品；
5、负责责任区域内维修人员专业技能的提高。

职位要求：

1、身体健康,年龄40岁以下；
2、机械类大专以上学历， 三年以上水泥、造纸行业设备维护经验，特别在链条传动,除尘系统等方面维护经历的优先考虑；
3、有丰富的基层工作经验和现场故障诊断,解决实际问题的能力；
4、动手能力强,吃苦耐劳, 并有较强的学习能力；
5、能熟练阅读英语资料，熟练操作AUTOCAD以及OFFICE软件；
6、有良好的沟通和协作能力，有敬业精神，能在压力下工作；
