Job Description:

? Design management: manage the works of the Design Institute in coordination with the GSE design team.



? Procurement management: with the assistance of the Purchase-Price Analysts, select the right suppliers and subcontractors that shall perform the different works of the project.


? Permitting and Final Acceptance management: prepare the permitting time schedule and chart, liaise with government and client. Schedule and attend the several acceptances by government.



? Team recruitment/staffing the project


? Construction management: organize and supervise the site works management team; plan and lead the project meetings with client, subcontractors, Make sure the contractual time schedule is respected. Put in place the suitable HSE procedures.



? Financial follow up: follow up the client invoicing, negotiation of Change Orders. Approve the sub-contractors payments. Prepare the monthly financial reporting to Headquarters, responsible for the project margin, define & follow up the project budget.



? Acceptance: organize acceptance procedure with client, prepare snag list and follow-up the snag process. Deliver to client the As-built documentation and Operation Manuals.





Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or above, graduated in civil or Architecture

? Minimum 8 to 10 years experiences in a similar function : all project phases : design & studies, pricing, procurement, Team recruitment & management team (10 people as an average), construction : sub-contractors and client relationships management, quality, budget, timescale and safety

? into steel structure or civil works contractors in industrial or logistic construction sector

? Deep and accurate technical skills on main construction packages

? Have worked specifically for foreign or domestic construction company,

? Must hold grade A Constructor Certificate

? Strong contract management abilities

? Fluent spoken and written English preferred, Proactive, independent and be good at communication and reporting

? Possess Chinese Constructor certificate Grade 1 or 2
