1. Set up Company marketing concept for all branch all over China
2. Established marketing for the branch and customer site
3. Set up marketing tool to follow competitor trend and evolution
4. Supporting the development of the overall marketing strategy, including long-term??short-term media network and is expected to drive the growth, maximize profit and market share of national market through excellent marketing execution and implementations.
5. Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful customer insights including direct clients and agencies and competitors information as the basis for long term business growth. Develop these insights and information into achievable plans.
6. To lead the development of local strategy executions for the branch and to ensure adaptation possible for other cities and regions.
7. Lead, investigate, evaluate, recommend and co-ordinate special projects as assigned.
8. To lead the communications both internal and external dealing with Newsletter,website and PR event.

The Ideal candidates must have the following characteristics:

1. Bachelor degree or above with superior English training, strong written and oral communication in Chinese and English.
2. 3 years marketing experience, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, develop within media industry environment.
3. Understanding of the Execution aspects of customer marketing function, media agencies, advertising agencies, promotion, market research, packaging and pricing.
4. Understanding of market and competitors research and analysis.
5. Having strong ability to analyze, plan, and organize projects.
6. Strongly competent computer skills to utilize decision support software including excel, word and PPT.
7. International outlook.
