Make sure processes and procedures in our GMS ( Global Management System ) are defined and implemented across all department of China


Be the Chinese contact for the Headquarter GMS Team and ensure alignment of quality approach



Support development of Quality KPI's, ensure definition of Yearly objectives and follow up



Propose and implement changes within the systems resulting form audits and organizational changes



Manage all internal and external audits ( GMS, ISO etc ) and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented and forwarded to customers or auditors



Manage, measure and report cost of quality, propose and implement actions to improve and correct trends if required



Lead Quality operational functions including FQA / IQC and OQC for all manufacturing activities



Ensure also documentation management as well as instrument calibration



Establish, agree and implement yearly objectives for Quality and others department s

Follow up management principles to maximize individual engagement , personal development and collective success



Manage the TQRDCE system and implement training as required for supplier management



Participate to the suppliers selection and personally audit key suppliers



Plan the annual Quality objectives and budget as well as develop and implement yearly internal audit plan



Respond to enquiries from internal customers, suppliers, peers, managers and employees



Provide necessary support for other functions as Quality specialist and support development of Quality culture



Liaise with all major account managers and customers regarding on site audits and any quality issues



Carry out Championship program as defined to promote proactive approach of Quality Management and improve overall professional approach of Quality.



Report overall China Quality performance quarterly to the Chinese Management team



Be management representative of ISO9001 and IRIS , as defined in standard



Be an active member of the Operations Management Team and report monthly
