岗位职责：

1. 执行人员招聘计划，充分利用各种招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求，进行初试筛选，评估招聘渠道、统计招聘完成率；

2. 负责员工入职、转正、调动、离职等手续的办理；

3. 负责每月统计分析员工离职率及离职原因；

4. 负责员工劳动合同的签订、续订；

5. 组织、监督各部门员工年度及月度培训计划实施情况；

6. 负责新员工入职培训；

7. 汇总并统计各部门月度考勤记录，绩效考核等；

8. 负责员工社保公积金缴纳，及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策；

9. 处理日常劳资纠纷、工伤事故申报，向公司员工解释有关劳动人事制度、有关劳动政策法规；

10. 负责人事档案的汇总、编号、整理、分类、编目、标识及归档工作；

11.协助上级主管建立起人力资源体系，制定和完善人力资源管理制度；

12.负责与总公司接口的人事相关问题处理；

13.负责上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、企业管理、人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘、汉语言文学及相关专业专科以上学历；

2、有责任心，男女不限；

3、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

4、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力，判断决策能力强；

5、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件。
