EQ & OPS Coordinator (6 months Temporary)

主要工作描述：与集团操作中心集装箱管理部门沟通和协调本公司用箱相关事宜，核对本公司港口码头账单并录入系统。

1. Key Accountabilities

- Monitors equipment availability in close collaboration with the LOC equipment team

- Coordinates brand specific release process

- Supports Customer Service and Sales – trouble shooting and technical assistance on equipment

- Monitors execution of special customer requests

- Container data management in system

- Monitors accuracy of commercial forecasting

- Supports Customer Service and Sales – trouble shooting and technical assistance on marine operation

- Operation cost management in VACS

- Coordinates all other equipment & operation related issues in the organization

2. Competencies (Knowledge, skills and attributes)

- Experience in Shipping and / or Logistics

- Good communications skills in both written and verbal English and Mandarin

- Good ability to work to tight deadlines

- Strong analytical skills, detail-minded, cost conscious

- Innovative and self-motivated

- Proficient in MS Office

- Basic understanding of Accounting principles

Minimum Qualification and Experience

- Degree holder

- 2 years of working experience in the logistics field

- CET 4 or above
