职位概述 Position Overview

助理经理，销售须有效的开发新的渠道销售合作伙伴，按照公司的要求管理上海迪士尼度假区渠道销售合作伙伴。助理销售经理须协助渠道销售制定渠道销售战略，追踪旅游市场趋势，管理渠道合作伙伴与上海迪士尼度假区之间的商业关系，跟踪合作伙伴业绩表现，驱动销售收入增长。

To develop new channel partners and provide an efficient management of Shanghai Disney Resort’s key channel partner; to work as account manager between Shanghai Disney and key channel partner.  This position is responsible for assisting Sales Manager, to provide strategy plan and monitoring the market trend, managing the business relationship with key channel partner, monitoring partner’s sales performance and driving sales revenue.

主要职责Key Responsibilities

• 保障有效的内部、外部沟通
• To ensure efficient internal and external communication;
• 维护主要合作伙伴的商业关系
• To maintain business relationship with key channel partners
• 确保上海迪士尼度假区的商务政策和流程得到充分执行
• To ensure Shanghai Disney Resort’s business policies and process are fully well followed;
• 跟踪合作伙伴销售业绩完成销售目标
• To monitor partner’s sales performance and drive targeted sales revenue;
• 协助销售经理与内部各团队密切合作确保相应的合作战略的执行
• To assist Sales Manager to work closely with internal teams for cooperation strategy with respective partners
• 收集相关的商业数据，追踪市场发展趋势并抓住业务机会
• To collect relevant data as required; and monitoring the market trend to capture business opportunity
• 给予合作伙伴相应的培训为迪士尼度假区创造最大的价值
• Train key channel partners to follow Disney’s business guideline in order to maximize the value for SHDR
• 支持渠道销售经理日常工作
• To provide daily support to Sales Manager

资格要求Required Qualifications

• 10年以上相关行业工作经验
• At least 10 years’ working experience in relevant industry
• 有海外业务销售，业务拓展，客户管理相关经验者优先
• Working experience in sales, business development or account management of oversea business is preferred;
• 大学本科学历以上
• Bachelor degree or above;
• 电脑要求（Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook）
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook);

• 熟练掌握英文，中文
• Command of both English and Mandarin
• 具备在给定时间内执行商务计划的能力
• Proven ability to act according to business plan in provided time
• 有很强的商业敏感度和分析能力
• Strong business acumen, solid analytical skills
• 具备有效的演示，计划，组织，协调能力
• Effective presentation, planning, organizing, coordination skills
• 较强的沟通和人际能力，有团队协作精神
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit

• Active, energetic, self-motivate, down-to-earth working style, can work under pressure and focus on results
