Overview:

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic engineer professional who prides himself on the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provides creative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Ensures all capex projects are completed on time and accurately

· Creates and implements naked retreats standard for engineering management practice.

· Leads all kinds of strategic engineering initiatives from naked Retreats corporate level.

· Establishes the engineering team to manage engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities to maintain the naked retreats in an optimum and efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees.

· Coordinates closely with the owner’s project team and naked technical service team to ensure the naked Retreats are constructed in compliance with naked standards and local codes/ regulations.

· During the construction stage, monitor system design, installation, and fitting out are completed on time and accurately according to naked brand standard and future maintenance needs.

· Develops a comprehensive maintenance program and procedures and provides full engineering support to other departments to optimize on utilization of all engineering systems after resorts opening.

· Provides supervision, training and development to technical staff to accomplish outstanding/defective/improvement works.

· Ensure property engineers are reviewed x for technical skills & succession planning is discussed.

Qualification:

The ideal candidate will be able to handle stress and work under pressure and bring along strong engineer management and administrative skills, an analytical mind and the capability of being able to write concise reports. You will have a high level of self-motivation, develop innovative options in the best interest of the development while possessing adaptability and good attitude, being orderly and having a systematic approach. Show right personality when it comes to dealing with client, consultants and other co-workers.

· At least 10 years’ experience in similar position.

· A good command of English and Chinese.

· Must be able to multitask

Education/Certifications:

· University degree preferably in mechanical / electrical Engineering or environment engineering.
