岗位职责：

1、负责配合主厨处理厨房的运作及行政事务；

2、执行主厨下达的各项工作任务和工作指示；

3、负责制订厨房的日常工作计划；

4、对厨房的出品、质量和食品成本承担重要的责任；

5、保持对厨房范围的巡视，对下属员工进行督导，及时解决现场发生的问题；

6、督导厨房食品原料的管理，使所有食品始终符合标准食谱规定的数量或份量，合理地控制食品成本。

任职要求：

1、三年及以上西餐厅行政副厨管理经验；

2、有较强的应急能力和良好的抗压能力；

3、有意大利菜系餐厅工作经验。

工作地点：上海市黄浦区淮海中路283号香港广场
