工作职责:

？ Extracts data, creates, monitors, and upgrades regular (ALC) reports

？ Prepares KPI analysis and shares within CFT for follow-up

？ Drives ALC KPI improvements based on reporting and data analysis

？ Escalation point for situations of failure

？ Defines and enhances automated data reporting and data visualization rules

？ Validates data within MDM and IT for data quality and accuracy

任职资格:

？ 3-5 years’ experience in Wholesale/Retail or Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries

？ Strong data analysis skills

？ Experience in business process analysis

？ Familiarity with data warehousing

？ Strong MS Office skills. Able to create documents, spreadsheets, graphs, presentations

？ Oracle and Teradata SQL

？ Advanced Excel (VBA, conditional formatting)

？ Programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) is a plus

？ Excellent problem solving and communication skills

？ Strong service orientation towards internal and external customers

？ Good English skills verbal and written

？ Good project and change management skills, proven capability to work in cross-functional teams
