Overall Job Description

The customer service & event manager is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service and event satisfaction. The job focuses on the eCommerce part of our business and our newly opened experience center where events are hosted in our Cooking & Grill Academy. He/she is a dynamic personality who knows how to pleasantly communicates with customers via social media platforms (e.g. WeChat), eMail, phone, or face-to-face and solve problems. Our ability to ?wow“ the customer in her meat purchase journey including giving meat preparation and cooking advice sets us apart from any of our competitors.

Job Description Specifics

• Respond to customer inquiries for eCommerce and events

• Coordinate event booking and execution

• Investigate customers problems and find solutions

• Handle customer complaints or any major incidents

• Oversee product exchanges, returns, and refunds

• Analyze eCommerce and Event data and statistics

• Isolate, identify and implement areas of improvement related to customer service and event management

• Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints

Education, Skills & Professional Requirements

• MUST: University degree from English Speaking country (USA, Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand)

• MUST: Have worked for >2 years in an English Speaking country (USA, Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand)

• MUST: Proficient in Mandarin and in English (both verbal and written)

• IDEAL: +2 years of experience in hospitality industry

• IDEAL: Passionate about Western style cooking
