Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities 主要工作职责

Be responsible for School level HR supporting to local and expat staffs and working as the key person for the areas of recruiting, training and performance management, foreign affairs supporting etc. which including

1. Recruiting

a) Conduct active & passive candidate searches to build candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resumes databases, job postings, employee referrals, and career fairs.

b) Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, offers negotiation, issue offers, on boarding preparation, etc.

c) Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result on ATS system.

2. Training and performance management

1. Collect training demands and facilitate the delivery of training programs.
2. Implement learning & development initiatives/training programs to strengthen staffing capability.
3. Conduct probation and annual performance appraisal system locally.

3. Foreign affairs supporting

a) Give support to expat affairs for related teaching department.

b) Work closely with the 3rd party human resources agency.

4. Use HRSSC services, coordinate with COE(Center of Expertise), assist to School HRBP to complete the locally human resources service.

Qualifications 岗位要求

1. At least 5 years of experience in the role of HR Specialist for the functions of recruiting, training and performance management;
2. Expat staffs’ affairs supporting experience is preferable;
3. Fluent speaking and writing in English;
4. Great communication and organization skills, ability to prioritize and strong stakeholder management;
5. Passion for the real “team-play” and ability to engage the colleagues from very diverse departments in different activities and projects.
6. Personality of Straight forward, open minded and proactive is preferred.
