Minimum Experience & Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting /Finance/ Economic/Information Technology or relevant, Master degree is preferred.

2. At least 3 years’ experience in financial analysis.

3. The person should be very sensitive in numbers. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, and willing to go extra mile to reach challenging goals within tight timelines.

4. Fluency in English.

5. Proficient in excel is must.

Responsibilities：

1. Work as partner of department business supervisor/leader.
2. Conduct Staff Cost Control & Analysis independently.

3. Support staff cost calculation when business leader prepare fee proposal and project margin estimation.

4. Work as key user in quarterly rolling-forecast and annual budget, consolidate full P&L result and provide variance analysis.

5. Prepare by client P&L analysis, provide valuable comments and findings.

6. Take part in business meeting, follow up business updates and new business module and process design.

6. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
