Job description:

1、official channels operation (official website, Wechat micro mall, Wechat mini-program) to enhance influence and profitability for brand;

2、Improved store flow, conversion rate, turnover and completed sales tasks through various new media marketing methods;

3、Planned and organized promotional activities on a regular basis according to the operational requirements of the brand, analyzed and evaluated the effect;

4、Conducted in-depth mining and analysis of online data, and adjusted the strategy rapidly based on the data analysis results;

5、Making marketing plans and annual plans, and led the team to implementation various operational plans.

Position and requirements:

1、At least 3 years of mobile Internet or Internet product operation experience is preferred;

2、Capable of independent operation planning, activity planning, operation data analysis and precision marketing, and building member marketing system and model;

3、Familiar with the current development trend of the Internet industry, and have unique ideas for online sales, especially the operation of the independent mall platform;

4、Familiar with various marketing methods, promotion methods and modes, with successful operation cases or work experience in well-known websites preferred;

5、Have the ability of creative planning and integration of network marketing, as well as the ability of innovation and copywriting;

6、Strong capacity of teamwork, good communication and collaboration skills.
