Improve product quality KPIs such as First Pass Yeild/scrap rate/failure rate

提高产品质量相关的绩效指标，列如首次通过率/报废率/不良率

Improve production efficiency KPIs such as OEE/Labor efficiency

提高生产效率相关的绩效指标，列如设备利用率/人员劳动效率

Conduct regular Kaizen activities such as Standard Work,VSM,SMED,Layered audit

推动日常的改善活动(例如标准化作业/价值流分析/快速换型/分层审核)

Create and update SAP master data(Production BOM/Routing/Kanban/Production version) and responsible for the data quality

创建和更新SAP主数据(生产原材料表/流程表/看板/生产版本)并对数据质量负责

Maintain the production related documentation(Layout,Process Flow Chart,PFMEA,Work Instruction)

维护生产相关的文件(生产线布局图，工艺流程图，过程失效模式分析，作业指导书）

Join the customer and internal process audit and implement improvement actions

参与客户和内部的审核并执行相关的改进措施

Work with quality department to define and implement action plan regarding customer complain.

与质量部门一起针对客户投诉制定和执行改进计划

Train and qualify operator according to Work Instruction

依据作业指导书培训和考核生产操作人员

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor and above
本科以上

good reading&writing& speaking
良好的说写沟通

Mechanical / Electrical engineering/industrial automation机械/电气工程/工业自动化专业

熟练使用Excel/ Powerpoint/ Project
