Job Responsibilities:
Develop a wide stationery suppliers portfolio for the team
Manage the supply base to meet competitiveness and newness
Bridge between HK office and suppliers to maximize supply effectiveness
Close contact with existing and new suppliers to execute orders
Report to Hong Kong office team manager
Requirements:
High School/ University graduate
Wide exposure in stationery industry for over 5 years
Strong in factories sourcing and understand cost structure of products
High initiative in exploring new & potential factories and products for the team
Possess basic testing requirements and knowledge
Self-motivated, mature, detail-oriented, good team player
Excellent price negotiation and communication skills with suppliers
Able to work independently and handle multi-tasks
Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese is a plus
Willing to take extensive travel in China
Preferred immediate available
