KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure each project must pass internal testing, general product risk assessment and make
The specification to balance the quality standards, manufacturer's capabilities and cost;
2. Work with 3rd party labs and factories to ensure all the testing reports and certificates are Valid.
3. Work with all suppliers to ensure that they fully understand the specs before production and to resolve any issues that may be involved.
4. Provide total quality assurance and control service to all product ranges, ensuring
Customers requirements, BS standards, European safety regulations and product
Specifications being achieved;
5. Manage all the complaints from customers and feed back the complaint reports to
Customers.
6. Manage the printing and artwork team as well;
7. Report to Group Technical Manager in UK and Managing Director of Asia division in HK,
Liaise with QC/QA team and commercial team on quality and technical issue;
8. Train and develop the teammates to increase their skill.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 6 years work experience in relevant fields and at least 2 years management role.
Bachelor Degree or above in engineering or related area.
Fluent English both in spoken & written.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1. Knowledge of both British and European standards is a prerequisite;
2. Experience in team management;
3. Familiar with ISO9000 compliance audit and preferably with qualified background.
4. A tertiary qualification in a technical or Engineering discipline essential;
