QA/QC Engineer

A Global leading Group of Specialist Concrete Flooring Contractors and Consultants with a reputation for providing high quality services is looking for a young and energetic QA/QC Engineer for its Shanghai office.

Job Description

Reporting to the Project or Site Manager this position will be both site and office based and duties will be as follows.

?Site work will include Surveying and Compliance Testing work using Specialist equipment developed in-house, Quality Control Supervision and Condition Surveys.
? Office based work will include preparation of Technical Reports and some Design work.
? Support with Sales and Marketing activities will also be required.

Some overseas travel for short term projects may be required.

Job Requirements:

? A University degree in Civil and/ or Structural Engineering.
? 2-3 years experience with an Engineering Consultancy or the Technical Department of a Main Contractor.
? Must have spoken English skills
? Must have an aptitude for the operation of Testing equipment.
? Must have good computer skills including the ability to use AutoCad.
?The successful candidate must be diligent with good communication skills and possess excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Remuneration

Dependent on experience and ability.
