Job description: Garments/Cloths - Woven/Knits, specialist in Europe Market
1. Assist in supervising the team's merchandising activities in the entire order process to
ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Negotiate and finalize prices with vendors
- Coordinate with QC team closely to ensure quality
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories
2. Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through
provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
- Handle customers' enquiries and complaints
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
3. Provide input on product design to meet customers' buying objectives
- Source material, accessories or new vendors
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customer requirements
- Review and comment on product packaging
4. Assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network for product development
and production
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendors
- Evaluate vendors' capability
- Keep track of vendors' performance
5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
