职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Proceed booking receipt, input and amendment as per SOP;
2. Apply valid routing with GSSC;
3. Apply valid customer code with CDA and follow up code issue;
4. Answer all inquiries from booking agents/customers in telephone or e-mail;
5. Proceed rating input, amendment and audit as per SOP;
6. Handle Booking acceptance & confirmation within 2 hours after booking receipt;
7. Handle and follow up Freight Collect confirmation with destination agent;
8. Follow up Freight Correction Note if applicable;
9. Coordinate with commercial team for contract issue;
10. Any other assignments requested by the superior.

Job Specifications:
1.College degree above with basic knowledge of shipping industry
2.At least 1 year experience in shipping industry, shipping documentation is preferred
3.Good oral and written English
4.Well PC knowledge & skill, especially at software of office
5.Good working attitude, high ability, hardworking, good communication skill
