Position: Senior Auditor
Location: Shanghai
Salary: 25K/M

Job Description:
1. Plan and execute audits, business process control reviews and compliance management engagements when required
2. Interview individuals and survey activities in audit areas assigned
3. Work with more senior audit staff to ensure audit approach and work program address the highest risk areas given the time available
4. Analyze processes and data and assess level of compliance with applicable procedures, adequacy of controls, efficiency and effectiveness of operations and accuracy of reported information
5. Draft and discuss audit findings with Audit Managers and management of the audited unit (and higher level management as appropriate) on a timely basis
6. As necessary, assist in conducting reviews of hardware, software and data in terms of security, management, and data integrity
7. Participate as a team member in special projects such as investigations, acquisitions, and re-engineering projects
8. Assist Audit Director or Audit Managers with the development of the department planning and scheduling
9. When leading audit projects, gather supporting documentation for audit issues, review audit finding with local management, provide cost-benefit/value added recommendations, issue draft report, finalize audit reports, update system and file paper works
10. Provide mentoring for junior staff and guest auditors
11. Assist in promoting the use of best practice within the audit function and in identifying barriers to the efficient and timely completion of quality audits and recommending pertinent solutions
12. Assist the external auditors with annual year-end audit when required
13 Support the integration of interns and new staff into the department
Requirements:
1.B.S. or B.B.A. in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advance degree related to business and management such as MBA is desirable; professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CMA, and CISA, or similar international certifications, are desirable.
2.Minimum of 4 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in accounting/finance and auditing function, experience with multinational preferred
3.Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and orientation toward internal controls, risk assessment and operational auditing; understanding of relevant industry a plus
4.Fluency in English (including writing) required, other foreign language (Korean) skills are desirable
5.Strong skills in cost and inventory accounting and manufacturing plant auditing including financial, operational and control areas
6.Strong analytical and data management skills
7.Prior experience with SOX and compliance preferred
8.Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conducting management presentations
9.Project management experience with the ability to lead small project teams.
10.Self-starter and comfortable working with all management levels with flexibility
