JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervisor: Director, Finance
Dept. & Location: Finance Dept., Shanghai
Team/Project Introduction: Full role covering compliance, reporting (statutory and management), budget/forecast, internal control and management;
The job scope of this role will cover customer's Global.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of all group accounting and financial statutory reports for CFO and senior management team, including ASX reporting.
- Ensure all the accounting activities are in compliance with corporate financial standards and regulations, including tax, auditing, ordering etc.
- Assist Management with report tools to evaluate budgeted financial figures, actual performances and forecast.
- Manage the entire control team (to be hired) which functions include general accounting, costing, treasury, tax, audit and forecasting etc.
- Establish and upgrade to improve the ERP system in financial reporting particularly with respect to costing.
- Coordinate and deal with external auditors, tax consultants, and local & oversea tax bureaus.

Requirements:
- 10 years+ finance & accounting experience with 5+ years in a managerial role is required; overseas experience is big plus
- At least 5+ working in China is required
- Overseas finance & accounting experience is must
- Strong knowledge in international tax planning, compliance and related government issues is required
- Hands-on, flexible and ability to work in an ever-changing environment is required
- Good knowledge of IFRS is required
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience in leading a cross-group collaboration project is preferred
- Experience in leading ERP system implementation or upgrade project is preferred
- CPA in China and ACCA is a plus,
- Strong English capacity (Oral and Written)
