工作职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
扼要阐述主要工作项目
1. Assist GM to deal with daily work. Arrange the working schedule for GM and other works assigned by GM
1) Organizing meetings, conference call upon request;
2) Handle incoming mails and other material;
3) Maintain schedules and calendars;
4) Travel reimbursement;
5) Guarantee all the e-approvals in website to be approved timely;
6) Assist to submit regular web-based reports;
7) To be contact person for local government/associations.
2. Data collection for AP Service Infrastructure and support AP service business management
1) Prepare or assist with preparation of spreadsheet/reports.
2) Connect with service managers to update below reports:
??AP Operation Excellence sheets;
??AP Service KPIs reports;
??Monthly AP Traditional Service Productivity reports;
??Monthly AP Service base update;
??AP infrastructure update with AP countries;
??Financial Metrics Data.
3. Improve effectiveness of support GM’s work on China Service
1) Assist in preparing materials for management meetings;
2) Arrange review meeting and conference call to make 20 China transfer projects move ahead;
3) Provide admin support to all China Service department (Prepare invitation letter)
4. Provide assigned administrative support to BU

1. Bachelor Degree or above with 2-3 years working experience
2. Organized, Self-motivated and can work effectively under multi-tasks

4. Good command of both English & Chinese; Professional business writing both in English and Chinese
5. Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Mature, Proactive, Business Acumen, Customer Focus
7. High level of integrity and honesty
