基本职能

具体负责管理客户的服务满意度，解决服务过程中的突发问题及变化，管理区域综合调度岗的管理能力及合理性，配合销售维系良好的客户沟通

职责范围
全国性IS业务
与银行客户的直接沟通及问题的解决
区域团队的管理能力的指导和监督
维持客户对服务的满意度及合约的延续
发现更多生意可能，更好地配合销售拓展业务

工作职责
向客户直接递交服务报告，汇报服务阶段性状况
监督和管理区域团队按照规范和流程实施服务
了解区域及客户的反馈，并对问题进行分析和定义，制定后续的整改及实现方案
配合销售维系良好的客户沟通和服务满意度
主动对服务状况进行分析和汇总，向公司内部提交服务评价报告，启动内部的服务提升计划

专业知识,技巧与能力
- Have minimum of 5 years experience service working background.
- Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving urgent issues.
- Have excellent excel skills in data processing and optimization
- Ability and willingness to work overtime
- Good spoken written communication skills
- A responsible attitude
- Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
- The ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people's
- Calmness under pressure
- Decision-making ability
- Accuracy with record keeping
- With strong Logic and business sense
- Willing to travel
薪资：不高于10K/M，年薪不高于15W
