Job Responsibility
.Daily payment requirement check include (attachment mapping / tax/compliance/invoice cross check)
.Produce monthly reports on actual Capital Expenditure.
.Bill reconcile with the supplier and prepare the first expense allocation
.Offshore payment/receive settlement include coordinate with Bank and tax bureau
.Supporting FM for the month end closing for make sure the data's integrity and accuracy. Complete the Group´s intercompany (ICT) module each month and produce sufficient analysis to provide a clear understanding and status of the entity´s intercompany and intracompany balances and mismatch amount on a monthly basis.
.Supporting FM for the reporting requirement. Implement a process and necessary controls to ensure all data transferred through various systems used in the organised can be reconciled back to data source on a monthly basis.
.Supporting FM for the audit issue. Complete quarterly finance control and compliance check list for the entity. Follow up on all noted compliance issues, and inform on progress until final resolution.
.Monthly Tax declaration
.Liaise with government departments for the routine and regular works

Requirements
.Associate degree in accounting or finance
.2 years+ of Financial Reporting experience, preferably in a multi-currency environment
.Strong Excel skills as well as related software (Word, PowerPoint)
.Ability to build good working relationships with all members of the organization
.Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications is needed (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities
.Attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills
.Experience in ERP system would be a plus
.Mature and good communication skill
.Up-to-date International Technical Accounting Standard knowledge and local accounting standards
.Fluent written and spoken English a requirement. Additional language skills an advantage
.Previous experience working in the travel industry would be an advantage
.Positive, proactive, passionate, personable, results orientated, ambitious professional, who is keen to
