Working Location:上海闵行剑川路646号

Responsibility:
1. Manage the launch process for the products including inside door handle, fuel flap & housing and seating components. Process includes project schedule management, cost calculation and control, engineering modification, supplier follow up, sampling, PPAP documentation.
2. Lead APQP team and lead regular meetings both internally and in front of the customer to ensure all concerns are addressed and critical timing is met.
3. Manage sampling/prototyping process to ensure the launch success.
4. Translate all technical specifications into manufacturing equipment and process to meet the customer's requirements.
5. Ensures communication to the customer of all process progress and development status.
6. Leads any design change/revision during development and production if required.
7. Ensure all the documentation follows TS16949 procedure and customer specific requirement, if any.
8. Communicate frequently with ITW engineers in Europe and US on the project.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
1. Good knowledge in plastic components and painting, plating, assembly, working experience in any of these areas is a must.
2. Good knowledge in plastic injection molding process and plastic tooling.
3. UG/ProE and/or Catia, Auto Cad.
4. Min. 3 years experience in project management in automotive industry
5. Good communication skills in English and Chinese in writing and speaking
