-Sales Support（40%）:

1、Responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and storage of sales contracts and other marketing documents;

2、Responsible for new customer account opening, new warehouse construction, free goods, promotional prices and other applications and filing;

3、Responsible for supporting the internal work of the team and daily cross-departmental communication;

4、Responsible for small conference application, meeting minutes and large conference organization;

-Data analysis（25%）：

Responsible for sales report statistics, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports;

-Planing（20%） :

1、Responsible for daily inventory management (timely release and update inventory daily);

2、Responsible for planning, including production plan, six-week rolling plan and five-quarter rolling plan;

3、Responsible for warehouse transfer coordination, information release, monthly integration;

-Trade Marketing（5%）:

Responsible for collecting and sorting out the implementation progress of various marketing, promotional activities, new product sales and material use;

-To complete other work assigned by the direct leader（10%）;
