QA programmer is responsible for setting up and maintaining the production pipeline and QA related tools. He can also efficiently create reliable engine & editor versions and deliver them to dedicated people and manage related resources, assets and servers to guarantee the whole team to get right services on time.

Job responsibilities:
-Manage SCM tools, set up efficient structures and policies for the usage of them, train other people and provide related supports to make sure all rules are correctly followed;
-Set up and maintain one robust, faster and more reliable process for the creation and distribution of different versions;
-Implement, automate and optimize the whole release process;
-Set up efficient document/resource sharing policies, manage related tools (SharePoint) and provide needed supports to make sure the rules are followed-Provide help and advice to users (programmers, artists, designers) via forums, email, communicator, video conference, phone;
-Act as link between international users and the Engine development team;
-Maintain various infrastructures used for daily support up to date (ex: forums, email inbox, etc.);
-Participate in the development of training aids such as demos, feature shop, etc;
-Create and maintain QA tools according to teams' requests.

Job requirements:
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;
-Seek improvement constantly, always be ready to achieve your objectives-Be creative & be efficient;
-Adopt high standards and drive change-Resource management and versioning;
-Acumen of solving problems-Major in computer science or related field;
-Familiar with Perl and C# development and batch file.
