职位描述
Job Purpose:
Ensure accuracy, prompt processing of all treasury related processing. Co-ordinate with Treasury Dealer on the funding requirements. Ensure prompt settlements and receipt of proceeds for all treasury transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of all required reports / returns to Head Office, PBOC and other relevant regulatory authorities.
- Ensure all treasury transactions are duly authorized and transactions are in line with the PBOC / regulatory authorities’ regulations & Head Office guidelines.
- Ensure and observe placement limit, FX limit, Fix income limit, DV limit, FEC limit & etc., are in order as per Group office’s approval. Monthly reconciliation of limit between KGR and MGIL (Maybank Group interbank Limit ).
- Updating of the daily exchange rates and interest rates for the Branch.
- Daily verification of compulsory regulatory ratios (e.g. long term Foreign debt quota, FX NOP etc.) as imposed by SAFE and other regulators
- Ensure reporting / compilation of expected daily inflow / outflow Nostro funds within the time line. Monitor the movements / activities of Nostro accounts.
- Ensure compliance with exchange control regulations and attend to regulatory authorities’ (i.e. PBOC / SAFE / CBRC) various online reporting promptly and strictly compliance over AML measures.
- Attend to recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing S.W.I.F.T. messages. Ensure that the same are duly acknowledged. Any unclaimed messages are to be brought to the attention of the Section Head for further action.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of all required treasury-related reports / returns to Head Office, PBOC and other relevant regulatory authorities. Administer, manage the related treasury reporting systems required by the regulators.
- Attend to the update of the back-office treasury related manuals from time to time.
- Ensure treasury-related accounting entries are properly passed / posted accurately.
- Ensure the FX/MM transactions of other branches in China are correctly booked in ICBA and duly settled.
Requirements:
Qualification
Bachelor degree or above in Financial or related and at least 5 years Treasury settlement related exposure;
Good knowledge of treasury products; Good command of English.
Competencies
Quick learner, good team player and subject to heavy workload.
